ANC004: Shepherd's Check

Picture
For the meager sum of one dollar per month, ten strangers will burst through the agonizing minutiae of your daily ephemeral slog via an attractive, accordian-fold object. This jolt of simplicity will arrive when you least expect and most need it. Time and space will hold their breath as you ponder and appreciate a year of smallness. Do you have any idea how much a stamp costs these days?

Twelve handmade, numbered microzines delivered over one year
ANC004 is out of print.

PCM Grapheme

Picture
ANC06: This little gem features two exclusive audio tracks by A Light Sleeper and an avian meta-allegory comprised of ALS sketches by the mysterious Or Edro, two pieces by our esteemed Megan Milks and Elizabeth Wylder, and a message in Hobo. This first issue of PCM Grapheme was released at the debut of Pish Posh, our live music and reading series.
Picture
ANC011: Percussionist Reid Karris loops his bells off, while Cross Record explores intimacy and trust via her customary enchantments. Chris Bower tells a tale of podiums, lecterns, and headless horsemen; Heather Momyer rounds things out with a classic Appalachian ghost story. An urgent message written in Ground-Air Emergency Code calls you in for backup.
Picture
ANC08: Starting off with three shimmering trinkets by McKenzie Toma, our second issue is sure to warm your chilly nights; Swim Ignorant Fire pulls the aural blanket up a little more tightly. Spencer Dew and Toby Bengelsdorf round things out with short fictions created just for us to share. It's all wrapped up in a special, seasonal message written in Morse and ready for you.
Picture
ANC012: Coins share their thoughts on solar dwelling and (showtunes) have their way with the work of Hammerstein, Jolson, and Fitzgerald. Thomas Mundt introduces us to an insightful High Priestess, and Katie Ziolkowski tells of conjoined twins and their love of condiments. Featuring a message in American Sign Language, this is as wonderful as forty-five minutes of your life can be.
Picture
ANC09: Jason Fisk and Jill Summers know just what you want: Death! Infidelity! Gorillas! Areolas!!! BIRTHDAY CAKE!!! Our musical accompaniment consists of two Chris Bush head-expanders and five quick and raw sweet-things recorded by Rock Falls just for this release. It blizzarded promptly after we printed Sun Icons from various cultures on the cover. The weather is an asshole.
Picture
ANC013: We had a grand old hærfest. Dhalgren provides a slab of ecstatic motorik, while Bone & Bell shares three of her storysong spectacles. Margaret Patton Chapman explores love's loss through a bit of God/Satan slash, and Dave Snyder meditates on magpies, disease, and the compulsion to eat small airplanes. Agronomic Grain Symbols adorn this final edition.
